Ben's Mom makes a great lasagna, and back around 1997 she shared a lasagna recipie with one of our staff. They posted it on the website as an easy way to distribute it to a few other people, and before long it had gotten thousands of hits.

Ingrediants
•2 lbs. of ground beef cooked and drained
•2 cans of Hunts Traditional spagetti sauce
(After you've emptied each can add 1/3rd cup of water and rinse out the can adding that liquid to your sauce)
•8 oz package of lasagna noodles
•12 oz carton of cottage cheese
•2 eggs
•Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese shredded
•Parmesan cheese
Directions
Mix the ground beef and spagetti sauce together and set aside. In a small bowl mix the cottage cheese and eggs together.
Spray Pam in a 9x13 baking pan. Place enough sauce in the bottom of the pan to cover.
Place uncooked noodles over the sauce, you may have to break the noodles to fit. After the noodles are down, cover them with sauce.
Place all of the cottage cheese and egg mixture over that and spread it all around the sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese in, covering the whole pan, don't be skimpy. Then place another layer of noodles over the cheese, fitting the noodles to cover the pan.
Spread the rest of the sauce over the noodles and top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for approx. 1 hour. Let sit for about 20 minutes then enjoy.
